Mr. DANNY BOY  continues to interrupt and accuse Mr. Carlton of being aggressive by pointing his fingers and leaning over the table. Mr. Carlton denies the accusations on the record.Mr. Carlton accuses Mr.DANNY BOY of being unethical, and also comments on Mr. DANNY BOYS  physical stature and his crooked teeth. Mr. DANNY BOY  wastes time by interference with the witness' ability to observe documents presented as a foundation for questions. In a word, the conduct of counsel was juvenile"
