I agree the report card could be bad but the apprentice program has been failing for years. Then we take new members in under organizing as journeyman that can't do the job and certainly aren't Carpenters. Were paid the best and have to be the best. Problem is apprentices aren't taught to move and work. I had one tell me he didn't have strip forms let the laborers do it. Millions spent on apprentice program with poor results at best.
With DIRTY DOUG IN CHARGE our union will continue to fail the membership. He's not a carpenter and never was.
Dirty Doug Mccarron had a Horrible Work History When He Wore His Bags ! Mainly because he was working for CASH ! It's in black n white the trust report of his hours ! Hence the name CASH MCCARRON $$$ Always self serving Dirty Doug screwing ULLICO / Drawing his Pension while working / giving his girl friend Sandy Malony a $ 200, 000 per year job as Executive administrator of the SWRCC FUNDS / Gave jobs to three of his kids / And two Girl Friends ! Dirty Doug thinks that's all fine and dandy !
Dirty DOUG has set up the carpenters union to be a family business.
McCarron is a dictator no question, but lots of us thought he was a benoviolent dictator in the beginning how wrong we were, now we are stuck with the power we gave him through all the changes in the constitution. He won't be around for ever, when he is gone we need a constitutional convention who's sole purpose is to restore DEMOCRACY back to the hard working members of this once great union.
