Agreed in full!! To clarify a few points about what Right to Work won’t remove or eliminate:
1) The right to collectively bargain,
2) Our current contracts and Agreements,
3) Local Unions,
4) Apprenticeship Programs,
5) State and Federal prevailing wage programs,
What will Right to Work eliminate?
1) Mandatory Dues payments without the individual members consent,
2) Unaccountable Union Managers and Representatives who only look out for them selves and not the working members who actually pay the dues,
3) No taxation or Assessments without Representation!!
4) No more will Union managers and Reps be able to grossly over pay them selves and grant them selves benefits we members don’t get such as sick pay, paid vacation, and personal days.
5) Union managers and Reps will not be able to change our benefit funds without member approval!!
6) No longer will working members pay to settle lawsuits filed against Union managers and officers for what they did wrong!!!!
7) No more providing luxury vehicles to Union employees and administrative assistants!!
8) No more fake pro employer anti member contracts!!
9) No more giving up market share to non union contractors!!
10) No more ghost employees and no show jobs for the friends and family members of “upper management”.
11) No more consulting contracts for Union employee managers!!!
12) No more theft by deception!!!
Right to Work ends the hostile take over of the UBC and gives us, the working member, the opportunity to take back our Union.
There is no more organizing going on. All he reps do is get there friends work on the longer jobs. When their not doing that their golfing 2 to 3 times a week. They keep taking people in but have no work for them so they quit and go work non union. It's a numbers game. They buy every job and called it organizing. What happened to carpenter to carpenter talk?

There was a time when the reps were allowed and expected to do their job, and then along came the new way, protesting and bannering!!! Organizing went out the window, no new members no new contractors. Reps were now nothing more than drones paid to blow whistles and march around in circles chanting bullshit slogans. The ones that sucked hole and did what they were told stayed on, the ones with integrity and backbone that offered opinions or resistance are gone. Same with the ESTs, any EST that did not bend the knee was somehow relieved of duty or their council was merged with another with a suck hole in charge.
Unless Cash Mcaron is replaced we are doomed.
