"I filed these yesterday with exhibits as a Pro Se litigant. It’s a
501(a) derivative action on behalf of the members; with Doug McCarron as
the defendant. He knew, and allowed, Nelson, Bond, and others to
convert union funds to their personal use since at least September of
2014. Bond was a snake, but McCarron fed him. They should share in the
responsibility of covering the member’s losses. I’ve basically chosen to
beat McCarron to the 501(a) punch. I don’t see a federal judge allowing
the union to intervene a second time. Especially after the union’s
intervention on Bond’s behalf was nothing more than a coverup. With the
UBC admitting only months later that Bond was removed for the “financial
malfeasance” that everyone, including Blitz-Bardgett, claimed wasn’t
occurring. The case number is 4:22-cv-00255-jch. "

All these years and proof of allegations and still the GP Douglas McCarron is in charge. Goes to show you how much protection the working man has especially with the laws and departments that were created. DISGUSTING , DOL, LMNRA, FISA AND PAST EST’s and LEADERS.
One Union Brother John Gould has the balls to stand up to these CROOKS. Way to go John.
McCarron’s corrupt leadership has only made it this far because no members have taken the kind of action that brother Gould has, and that is to file suit in Federal Court. Sure many of us have expressed our discontent in many ways but very few if any have done what John Gould has done. Great work!!!
Doug is screwed here because now he is going to have try and do the impossible which is to prove that he’s not a criminal. Doug you’d have a better chance at being hired above board as Journeyman Carpenter, working for a signatory contractor, than convincing anyone your not guilty as charged.

I would financially support the filing of such a lawsuit. It’s hard enough to win a one front war, it’s almost impossible to win a two front war!!!

You are correct that it SHOULD be easy ... But having done so it is way more difficult than you think.
Especially under a democrat admin.
The " agents" and personnell at these agencies will do everything in their power to make it difficult.
Be ready to be relentless.
It is by design that on your 1st phone call ... They will try to discourage you.
Get their emails.
Then formally write your complaint.
Be sure to CC every agency to include the DOL. DOJ and IRS.

From reading the filing... It would seem that if it is legally prosecuted and executed lawfully... It should be the end of McCarron.
Barring corruption and other influences... And it should be.
The removal of Douglas J McCarron would be one step in a long process of cleaning out the corruption that has ... In many cases.. Punished its members and has NOT acted on the interest of members for a long time. If you are not sure... Just go back to the point where the rank and file no longer elected or chose their representatives.
