Frank’s IBX payments have dried up because he’s now leading the Level Care skim.
If Frank and Co. get called before that congressional committee oh you bet they ALL will have that suffocating feeling, cause at that point they will have to appear and there’s no where to hide.
Fighting it won’t help them either as the courts have confirmed that congress has real subpoena power and if you don’t show up you will be held in contempt of congress.
Being under oath for these guys would be bad, real bad. Only thing they could do is say “I don’t recall” or “I plead the fifth”
