Did all the DEI bullshit the UBC peddle really bother me? Not really I just ignored like everything else that the UBC promotes.
Even the UBC turds and Council management considered these programs to be nothing more than performing arts!! The biggest impact that these programs had on our fake Union and signatory employers was the significant increase in DEI related lawsuits!!! If the UBC excelled at anything it was finding the most unemployable woman to become temporary members who ended up getting hurt on the job, and suing the Union, there co-workers, and employers for sexual harassment.
What’s this mean for all the useless DEI hires currently employed at the EAS as Reps, Community Organizers, Political Directors, CCT Directors, etc??
I know one thing will never change, the UBC will always lead the trades in employing the handicapped, I mean Nuero Divergent!!! Sorry!!
