So I guess once this new Order is issued that replaces the existing Consent Decree the way should be cleared for a dissolution and merger??
Is it just a question of when vs if at this point? My guess would be that the existing NYC RC is gone before May.
Doug wants a direct pipeline to that new casino project in NYC!!
In my opinion the NYC council will be put on probation for a designated period in the final stipulation as they did the Teamsters. I would assume the election officer position will be eliminated and perhaps the new integrity officer as well. I also believe as well that what will not be in the final stipulation is any language that declares Doug McCarron cannot merge the council. The courts have ruled he can merge at will and so I cannot see how the US Attorney could not sign off on any such language. Both sides claiming "if you elect me I will stop a McCarron merger" were blowing smoke up your donkey.Of course Judge quick draw Marerro thinks his court can ignore any and all other laws and regulations in his decisions so who knows.

In my opinion Steve Cohen can stick his hard rock casino right next to his Gerbil. Its rather interesting that we have people cheering a Casino, which of course does not make its money fleecing the tourists and robbing its patrons, is a shining light because the UBC believes it will get a cut of the action. I heard the UBC is waging a new propaganda campaign to spread the word they will be building the Charlie Manson museum in bumpshit NJ because they will get a cut of the project.
Instead of building productive factories we get Casinos that are built on the concept of stealing from people dumb enough to “wager” on games that are legally allowed to provide the casino an edge but if the player tries to gain their own edge through smart play they get asked to leave. Casinos are just like the UBC, members work to lose money to the house of the UBC, any questions and your charged with causing dissent and thrown out.
