The UBC has a presence in every state within the United States of America, which means anyone could challenge the UBC in the Federal Court of their choice, in any state.
So maybe a Federal Court in NJ, New York, California, or Illinois would be more preferential to the UBC one in Texas or Louisiana or Florida would probably be less preferential.
Any member or small group of members could challenge the UBC in Federal court and bring them to their knees.
The UBC steals in plain site and they file the proof of their thievery on legally required financial disclosure reports an annual basis.
ANY challenge to these assholes would bring the house down!!
