I was told Bill wanted to fire 2 of our organizers for commenting on this web site. But the lawyer told him that it would be against there first amendment rights. So he investigated them for other reasons to fire them and that is why everyone that got let go got caught up in his investigation. But the funny thing is Bill trained them how to do there job.

Mike Nike playing golf, Sugar Shane kissing arse, Jokum letting everyone but our local members work, Miguel the forger, Jarvis what does he do, Ardie the house flipper........... lets not even get into the fake Boston leadership-no show Joe, John Walrus, Mynor is gone, who's actually putting in work and representing the membership? That's funny you say that about Abrantes. When Washington Local rejected the monthly dues increase Bill Told them that he would punish the local. He has raised there working due every year and they pay the highest. Someone should reach out to the NLRB or the Department of Labor and see if this is legal. If you go along with what Bill wants and don't ask questions he will just take advantage of the money the members pay. I am proud of Washington Local for standing up to this REGIME.
Dues and dues increases are covered under the LMRDA. You cannot raise dues or impose an assessment without (1)A majority vote by secret ballot of the members in good standing (2)at a regular or special meeting, (3)with reasonable advance notice of the proposal. Oh yes. And because Little Tykes Ray Ray B says so isn't in the LMRDA
Thank You for letting me know. Its funny how they use the LMRDA to fire reps but they don't follow the LMRDA law. I was told the Department of Labor is wanting to investigate the council. Is there any truth to the rumors.
No single dues increase and or creation of new dues assessment like the MAP is legal without member approval, and the contractors deducting these dues from members gross wages are stealing from their employees on behalf of their Union.
The council cannot square anything they do with the law, nothing.
