The New York City construction business is a male-dominated, testosterone fueled
industry where discrimination against and abuse of women is rampant 

 46. Plaintiff was subjected to a hostile workplace environment because of her gender.

47. Plaintiff’s workplace was permeated with discriminatory intimidation, ridicule, and
insult that was sufficiently severe and pervasive to objectively alter the conditions of her
employment as BA.

51.district council leadership perpetuated, tolerated, and actively participated in female
stereotyping and discrimination.

 54. By being terminated as a BA on May 19, 2022, plaintiff was the subject of an
adverse employment action as the result of gender discrimination.
