Regarding work referrals, before I would try to bring charges you should send a letter via certified mail to the KML EST to request a copy of the work referral rules. That way you can ensure there’s a violation of a written policy before you try and file charges.

Up until March 2019 the Chief Financial Officer for Placid was Michael Brim. Seems he is now gone. I think around March 2019 was when the UBC membership got screwed with the Sparks Nevada "Jobsite Steal" Factory. Maybe they blamed Brim for the McCarron disaster that cost members millions.He was being paid close to $500,000...Also for whomever is listing the money diverted from the UBC to Placid..Placid was created in 2011 and was not a renaming of the dummy company Jobsite Steel Corp. McCarron falsely told the IRS Jobsite Steel Corp manufactured Steel Products in Vegas. Jobsite Steel Corp(2011) and Jobsite Steel(2014) Lenoir Tenn were two separate entity's.Read the 2014 audit for Jobsite Corp. No mention of steel products manufacture.Yet McCarron moved $36 million into it in 2014.Only hotel revenue McCarron started moving UBC funds into Placid in 2015..Total. $66 million..Yet no audit submitted to the IRS for placid for 2015.They did not submit an audit for Placid until 2017.No audit for Jobsite Steel Corp for 2015 either.
In 2017 McCarron has $79 million in Placid and so on.
That 2015 date of moving ubc funds is interesting because thats when they raided phila.

apparently it all comes down to what the local or regional council pension rules say. take stl-kc-crc, nelson set up the pension fund to allow pension draws to start at 55. he was then able to work as est and draw his pension. 2nd & 3rd pensions are then available at later dates.
mcmorron has provided the right politicians with enough money to get multiple fed judges to rule that the union can interpret its constitution as it sees fit. that allows mccarron to say that a local or regional pension isn’t a ubc pension.
however, when he needs to oust a dissident, he can tell the dol & olms that the opposite is true. this happened in new mexico. i foia’d the olms case files. not surprisingly, there is barely anything given to olms from the ubc. it was enough for olms to rule against the member holding ofc though. a 1300+ page file ended up being about 300 pages for me. why would 1000 or so pages be redacted? its a union election, not someone’s medical file. the political money is why! these guys own even the dol in certain districts.

jobsite steel posted two projects on linkedin that are nearly complete. thanks to their fabricated wall panels. one project is in houston, texas; they even thank odom construction services for installing the light gauge metal panels. the other post mentions juneau construction performing the installation for a new star metals facility in atlanta, georgia. jobsite steel posted both updates in the last two days. prior to yesterday, their profile contained no posts!!
