What I recommend is members just start writing letters sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, to the Council and CC the UBC&JA and ask a) for a list of all credit cards and corresponding statements, then b) how did the lawsuit with Ballantine get settled? Just start asking those questions and watch them get nervous. Write a letter requesting all UBC&JA meeting minutes, then the Council minutes, etc. Just start asking for documents in writing..... Ask for Pension Fund meeting Minutes, etc. Write a letter to Doug asking to justify his pay, ask him how many Council and Local meetings he attended last month/year. Ask him how many members he met with last month/week/year. Ask him how many jobs he stopped at last week/month/year. This could be sporting....... lets see some creative thinking here!!!!!
