I would add to the provisional carpenter scam that “concessions” (A modification/reduction to terms and conditions of employment as listed in your CBA) can be requested by signatory employers, when “competing” against non signatory employers to “level the playing field”. Such concessions can and will include an increase in the employment of provisional carpenters on the same job, a reduction in wages on private jobs, etc. If your a Journeyman be advised you are now going to compete against hordes of B rate/provisional carpenters who will be recruited to inflate membership roles, lower rates, and displace loner commies like your self. Last but not least, these provisional carpenters are going to work for non-Union employers the second they get laid off from a Union employer. So we’re paying thousands of dollars a year to be displaced from our own industry???? Yes we are, and it’s all non tax deductible.

1). All Union Fund account statements.
2). A list of all Expenditures from each account.
3). All credit card statements associated with the KML, and the NRCC for the previous 5 years.
These questions being submitted in writing to our EST will not be received well, and may cause an increase in the eating of ones emotions, and an increase in the purchase of new underwear.......

The reps however " council reps" and the " council " did and does issue these cards.
Remember. The representatives assigned to your locals do not fall under the cba. They are " at will" employees and the conflict of intetest is astonishing... Its alll a ruse.
So yes. There are many council credit cards that were issued and abused.
Be patient and diligent. They can be seen.... But tactic number 2 is the backlash and retaliation ( which they swear doesnt exist. They lie in front of judges and hearings about this. It is hard to prove. They know it. )
This is perhaps the whole crux of why no one trusts anyone in leadership or representative capacity.
They " misappropriate funds we create. They abuse the position.
You question it.
They rally around to destroy the questioner of illegal and corrupt activities.

Not the member rank and file.
Zero integrity.
Think about that next time you are dealing with ANYONE that was "chosen". They arent in place because of competence or effectiveness.... They are there for self interest and lack of integrity and honesty.
Thats the bottom line.
Every officer is in violation of their oath.
Think about that.

I agree with the last poster this guys seems very imformed it would be great if he really came forward to let all the right people know what the union is up to because I don't know if the feds are getting all this info this guy pushes forward thank you for your insight
He already has come forward.He has sat with the feds.So have others.FACT.The feds read this blog.They are informed of what is gong on. Anybody else that has information of the UBC corruption the feds would love to talk to you as well.
I have and so have a few other members. Its been an eye opening experience as to just how corrupt we are as an organization and how corrupt federal agencies are.
Not all of them. Not every office. I will tell you this.
The Nrlb office in philadelphia is corrupt. Period.
Despite that... There will be changes there now ... Since they were forced by the national hq offices to fix their crap and do their jobs.
Keep in mind. Heinemann/ kroll the union attorneys that we as members are paying to give advice and counsel to our leadership... To slit our throats... Heinemann is an ex nrlb attorney.
Hes run out of options and his " friends" are being removed from their posts.
Watch carefully this month.
Understand 1 thing.
The ubc does NOTHING unless its because they are being legally pressured to do so.

Remember every rep or delegate or " supporter" of this.... Every one of these people lied to your face.

But you did get monies that were rightfully yours.
Remember. The ubc does NOTHING on their own in favor of the member unless forced by either a court or a legal suit that they try to settle before it gets out.

Every representative, est, mgr, teamleader, local board, delegate etc .... Has lied to you. Cold. Bald faced lied.
